MONDAY, November 4 saw the team of Jim Kenshole, David Vowden and Nick Bromell come out on top in the Downes Crediton Golf Club Seniors 1-2-3 team stableford with a score of 78 points.

Second place went to Kevin Woolacott, Ian Steer and Peter Carr with a 76-point haul whilst Dennis Wright, Laurence Taylor and Rick Eidam (71 points) finished in third place.

The Ladies braved the weather on Thursday, November 7 in a Texas Scramble competition and the trio of Sue Barr, Diane Parsons and Fran Shrubsole were victorious with a score of 73.

Finishing second were the team of Sue Bonner, Angela Dunnill and Joyce Gilg scoring 76.
