THE Rotary Club of Crediton Boniface has presented £800 to Devon Air Ambulance, the result of funds raised by Rotarians bag packing and holding a bucket collection at Crediton’s Tesco store at Wellparks on Christmas Eve.

Paul Fallon, the club president, said that the public had been very generous and thanked all those who donated.

The cheque was received by local Devon Air Ambulance fundraiser, John Groves at the Tesco store, who said that the money would be well-used by the charity to keep the county’s two air ambulances flying to emergencies when required.
