CREDITON Town Band is preparing for a big night on Friday, December 22.

Last year more than 600 people filled Crediton’s Town Square for the Band’s Carols on the Square event, and on Friday night the Band is preparing for even more people to attend.
It is installing a much-improved sound system following comments made after last year’s event when there was a dramatic increase in the volume of people attending.
The great festive community event will run from 7pm to 8pm.

Carol sheets will be available for a donation on the evening.
Paul Evans will lead the singing for many of the Christmas Carols and songs and, in addition, there will be signing by Lesley Rogers.
• On Saturday, December 23, Crediton Town Band will play Christmas Carols in Crediton Tesco superstore and Crediton High Street (two half-bands).
