A MAN who drove a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit will appear in court tomorrow, Tuesday, February 24.

Boydan Nurse, aged 18, of Axminster, was charged with the offence at Crediton after driving a Ford Fiesta on the road from Cross Hill Cross to West Lodge, Sandford, on October 21, 2025, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Ketamine, exceeded the specified limit.

He will appear at Exeter Magistrates’ Court.
