THERE is good news for rail passengers who have had to endure rail disruption on the North Devon Rail Line between Exeter St David’s, Crediton and Barnstaple due to issues following recent storms.

GWR has announced: “Following flooding between Crediton and Barnstaple the line has now reopened.

“Train services between Exeter St David’s and Barnstaple are returning to normal.
