LADIES at Downes Crediton Golf Club enjoyed a Christmas game of golf over nine holes, in very cold conditions on Thursday, December 8.

Golf was followed by an excellent Christmas lunch prepared and served by the catering staff at Downes Crediton, a Secret Santa and a trophy presentations.

The winner on the day was Anne Woodger, closely followed by Angela Storey, Jane Russell and Annet Coles.

Others receiving trophies were Sue Jackson, Sue Bond, Anne Woodger, Linda Gill, Fran Shrubsole, Viv Bailey, Di Parsons and Shirley Stunell.
