THE foam cannons are getting ready for North Devon’s first Bubble Rush on Saturday, September 30 at the stunning Castle Hill Estate near Barnstaple, raising funds for Children’s Hospice South West’s Little Bridge House hospice.

Little Bridge House cares for nearly 200 local life-limited children, and sponsorship raised from the run will help to support the hospice’s wide range of respite and medical care for the children, as well as their families.

Jayne Jarrett, events fundraiser at Little Bridge House said: “Taking part in our Bubble Rush is a great way to support your local children’s charity whilst having fun at the same time.

“Every pound raised will really help to make a difference and we’d love to see as many runners as possible enjoying the foamy fun!”

CHSW already has more than 500 runners signed up. The run costs £22.50 for adults (16+); £12.50 for children (two years and under are free). There is also discounts available for teams of 10 and family tickets.

The price includes a Bubble Rush t-shirt and medal and online registration closes week commencing September 25.

The event has been kindly sponsored by Devonshire Homes and The Exeter with media partner The Voice providing entertainment on the day.
