A FOURBALL Better Ball competition with both scores to count on the par three’s was played at Okehampton Golf Club on Saturday, November 19.

The winners of Division One were Alan Lawson and Keith Harvey with 62 points, in second place with 61 points were Rob Camies and Stuart Tolley and in third place were Jerry Lock and Pete Okopski with 58 points.

Division Two was won by Pete Grant and Richard Johnson with 60 points, David Stallion and Tim Butler were second with 57 points followed into third place by Alan Dunn and Alan Jeffery with 56 points.

On Wednesday, November 16 the ladies section played a three-two-one full handicap Stableford competition which was won by the team of Marcia Jones, Marcia Collett and Sue Stanbury with 72 points.

In second place were Janice Thwaites, Jo Boswell and Cherry James with 70 points and in third place with 66 points were Mary Keir, Francis Harbron and Lin Atkinson.
