SATURDAY, April 28 saw Okehampton Golf Club hold an Individual Stableford competition which saw Jon Jamison winning Division One with 38 points after countback on the back nine.

This placed Colin Cornwall in second place (38 pts) with Adrian Tilley in third place with 37 points.

Ricky Wooldridge was the winner of Division Two with 39 points, Simon James was second with 38 points, followed into third by Bryan Evans with 35 points.

Division Three was won by Dennis Edwards with 40 points, Rod Jones was second with 39 points after countback from, in third David Stallion.

The ladies section also played an individual stableford competition last week and the winner of the Silver Division was Francis Harbron with 32 points, Cherry James was second with 29 points and Sue Stanbury was third with 28 points.

Sylvie Gowers was the winner of the Bronze Division with 33 points, Pam Jarman was second with 29 points with a better back nine placing Mary Keir in third, also with 29 points.
