AN individual stableford competition for the Cyril Masters Salver was played at Okehampton Golf Club on Saturday, August 14 when the winner of Division One was Norman Heslop with 39 points after countback from, in second James Hall.
Malcolm Hill was third with 37 points and David Williams was fourth, also with 37 points.
Paul Fewings was the winner of Division Two and the Cyril Masters Trophy with 40 points, Rich Camies was second with 39 points, Luke Goddard was third with 38 points and Bryan Evans took fourth place with 35 points.
Division Three was won by Nick Reilly with 39 points, Simon James was second with 38 points, Adrian Raymond was third with 37 points and Daniel Squire was fourth with 36 points.
On Wednesday, August 13 the ladies played a foursomes competition with the top two pairs going on to play in the “Express and Echo” finals competition, which will be held at Exeter in September. The winners with 36 points were Marcia Collett and Sue Stanbury and the other qualifying pair were Maureen Willcocks and Pam Jarman.
