EIGHT players from Okehampton Golf Club travelled to Saunton on Thursday, February 7 to take part in the Seniors Challenge Trophy where two pairs play on the east course and two pairs play on the west course and an aggregate score is calculated.

From the onset the Okehampton team knew this was going to be a very tough match as they were up against 19 other clubs from around the county plus high winds and a bit of hail thrown in.

Division two was won by Adrian Rowe, Reggie Wonnacott and Frank Nowell with 80 points.
