A FOUR Ball Better Ball for the Winter Trophy was contested at Okehampton Golf Club on Saturday, October 28 and the winners of division one and the trophy were Matt Mills and David Williams with 47 points.

Hot on their heels with 46 points were John Halliday and Phil Martin. Steve Peake and Ian Moore were third with 45 points after countback from, in fourth, Colin Cornwall and John Mansell.

Division two was won by Ricky Wooldridge and Paul Prouse with 45 points.

Ted Boswell and Ray Stevens were second with 44 points after countback, placing Mike Davis and Alan Grimshaw in third, also with 44 points. John Flavin and Roger Slack took fourth place with 43 points.
