IN beautiful sunny conditions on Saturday, May 4, Okehampton Golf Club members competed for the President’s Trophies in an Individual Medal.

The winner of the President’s Scratch Trophy was Ian Moore with a gross 71. Paul Rattenbury was the winner of the President’s Handicap Shield and Division One with nett 64, in second place was Nick Redman with nett 66 just ahead on the back nine from Norman Heslop in third position.

Division Two winner was Andrew Rogers, nett 65, Paul Ayris was second with nett 66 and Sam Evans was third with nett 68.

Toby Gostling was the winner of Division Three with nett 64 earning himself an exceptional scoring handicap reduction on recent form. Kevin Harding was second with nett 70 just ahead on the back nine from Steve Squires in third.
