DESPITE a howling wind and challenging conditions a large field entered an Individual Stableford competition at Okehampton Golf Club on Saturday, April 27.

The winner of Division One, with 36 points, was Gareth Holt just winning on the back nine from, in second Adam Cook. Ryan Turner was third with 35 points.

Division Two was won by Reggie Wonnacott achieving the best score of the day with 40 points, Shane Monnox was second with 38 points, Pete Okopski took third place with 35 points after countback from in fourth Nick Waldron.

The winner of Division Three was Pete Grant with 35 points, Stuart Brealy was second with 33 points and Stephen Pike third with 32 points.

The ladies also held their individual stableford last week and the winner of the Silver Division was Penny Deakin with 31 points, Sue Stanbury was second with 30 points and Judith Ezard was third with 29 points.

The Bronze Division was won by Elaine Marwood who was way out in front with a great score of 38 points.

Mary Keir was second with 29 points and Jane Warren was third with 27 points.
