A THREE ball two to count stableford competition for the Wilson Shield was held on Saturday, March 12.

The winners of division one and the shield were Jack Cornwall, Alan Searle and Will Searle with 81 points winning on the back nine from, in second Lee Carey, Bryan Evans and Lee Pengelly, in third place with 78 points were Malcolm Hooper, Toby Gostling and Rob Green.

Division two was won by John Flavin, Roger Slack and Neil Penfold with 81 points, Adrian Raymond, Roger Grafton and Kevin Harding were second with 79 points and Steve Hill, John Latham and Steve Latham were third with 77 points.

Congratulations to both Malcolm Hooper who had a hole in one on the 14th and also to Sam Evans who had hole in one on the 12th.

The ladies section, all in purple, celebrated International Woman’s Day by playing an individual stableford competiton with a difference for the Caws Cup, which was won by Maggie Caws.
