A THREE ball team competition for the Ted Brown Trophy was held at Okehampton Golf Club on Saturday, June 2 and the winners of Division One and the trophy were Bernard Olesqui, Alan Stokes and Rob Camies with 80 points.

In second place, with 78 points, were Ian Moore, Paul Prouse and Ricky Wooldridge and in third was James Williams, Steve Mander and James Stacey with 77 points.

Division Two was won by Steve Robinson, Ron Copeland and Bob Jones with 80 points, Pete Okopski, Paul Rattenbury and Fred Scott-Lawson were second with 77 points, placing Josh Stacey, Andrew Sinclair and Simon James in third with 74 points.

On Sunday, June 3 the Okehampton Palairet team took on Bovey Castle at Downes Crediton Golf Club and they are now successfully through to the third round.
