A LARGE field entered an Individual Stableford competition at Okehampton Golf Club on Saturday, August 22.

The winner of Division One, with 40 points, was Rod Milsom-Smith.

In second place was Steve Rice with 39 points after countback from, in third, Matt Soby, placing Lee Carey in fourth with 37 points.

Division Two was won by Bryan Evan with 40 points, Paul Kennedy was second with 39 points, third place went to Ian Drayner with 38 points and Richard Johnson was fourth with 36 points.

Frank Nowell was the winner of Division Three with 38 points, Mark Bennett was second with 36 points.

Alan Jeffery was third with 35 points and Tim Butler was fourth also with 35 points.

On Monday, August 17, the seniors held their Club Championships and the winner, with nett 67, was John Ripley.

Barry Porter was second with nett 68 and Evan Rees was third with nett 70 and also won the scratch trophy with a gross score of 74.
