SPREYTON started this game on Saturday, November 3 with an electric start with a goal from Chris Down to start his scoring for the afternoon.

Chris and Cameron worked well again with a lovely left-footed finish from Cam. Before Spreyton knew it they were 3-0 up with an own goal scored from another thunderous Spreyton attack.

Watt Blake Bearne got back into the game and started to pile pressure on before the break and nicked a goal before the break to make it 3-1.

Spreyton continued to pile pressure on and shortly after the break Chris Down scored from a corner with a lovely, perfectly timed, shot.

Shortly after the goal, Chris completed his hat-trick five minutes later with a lovely finish past the ‘keeper.

On came Owen Gregory and five minutes later he found himself in the box to turn the defenders inside out and finish with a left-footed goal.

With 10 minutes to go, Watt Blake Bearne finished the scoring with a penalty to bring the full-time score to 6-2.

Man of the match for Spreyton was Chris Down.

A great game for the lads and historic day as Spreyton won their first ever home game in the A and S Paving Intermediate Cup.
