I AM writing this report from my makeshift office in the big town of Bow.

So what a Saturday (November 2) with lots of rain plus gale force winds. I am afraid not suitable to football for all fixtures in the Macron Devon and Exeter League and plus Devon FA Cup fixtures will result in cup matches being played tomorrow (Saturday, November 9) depending of course on better weather we hope for.

So, the Reserves should be away to Farway to complete their second round Devon Intermediate Cup match, best of luck lads.

The First team are away at Okehampton in the Premier League, who are also unbeaten so far in the division, so it should be an interesting match. Although Okehampton lost 2-0 away to Lapford in the East Devon Senior Cup second round tie.

Maybe it will come down to who blinks first, so there you have it, so as always onwards and upwards for a better Saturday.
