NEWTON St Cyres Ladies football team is looking for new players for the coming season and invite all abilities along.

Newton Ladies, who play in the Westward Developments Devon Women’s Football League, was formed in the summer of 2014 following requests from local players who had no local team to play for.

The team is managed by Amy Salter, who said: “We have a good squad of players but would always welcome new faces.”

The home team kit is sponsored by Devondale Electrical Distributors and play in royal blue.

Home matches are played on Sunday afternoons at the Recreation Ground in Newton St Cyres with training on Tuesdays.
