CREDITON Youth Football Club once again arranged for its Under Eight’s and Nine’s players to take part in the half-time shoot out at a recent Exeter City v Cheltenham Town game at St James’ Park.
The game was also Exeter City’s annual post Armistice Day match, with a very fitting ceremony prior to kick off.
All the players really enjoyed their time on the pitch at half-time. It was an extra special day for Archie Crosbie and Will Hopkins who were the two players drawn out from each of the age groups to be lucky mascots for the game.
Despite the game ending goalless, the travelling group of around 70 players, parents and coaches had an enjoyable afternoon.
