IT was league cup action and a much-needed win for the U15s as they put five past their guests Twyford Spartans, without reply.

George Strawson with a brace, and Dan Cavanagh, Jamie Powlesland and Luis Matthews got their goals.

The morning started badly for the U14s as diversions and slow-moving traffic made it a long journey to Okehampton. Things didn’t end too well either as they eventually lost out 4-0.

Back to winning ways were the U13s as they came out on top in their derby against North Tawton. Goals from Edward Petherick, Jacob Sweeney, Luke Beetlestone and Olly Dallyn saw them to a 4-0 win at Lords Meadow.

The U12s lost out away at Moors.

It was a great morning for the U8s as they had three wins and a draw against visiting sides from Whipton Youth.

Sunday saw the U11 girls narrowly lose out away at Starcross Dons. Esme Armitage getting both of the Crediton goals, with Ida Brealy taking the player of the match award.

The U18s were looking forward to a long awaited home fixture, only for their opponents to be unable to raise a side.
