FIRST Crediton Rainbow Guides recently enjoyed an evening learning to play bowls with members of Crediton Bowling Club at their bowling green in Newcombes Meadow.

All the girls enjoyed trying a new sport and gaining a special challenge badge which Mrs Dorothy Richards (Bowling Club President) presented.

Thanks go to Christine Marshall for arranging the activities and to those club members who gave up their time to help the girls. The evening ended with squash and biscuits in the Club House.
