A BMX bicycle was recently stolen from outside Evans Newsagents in Crediton High Street.

The bicycle belonged to a newspaper delivery boy and was a black eastern piston BMX.

If you saw someone take it or can help the police with their inquiries, please telephone 101.

In addition, a black, white and yellow Merida Big Sven mountain bike was recently stolen from the QE bike shed.

It has no rear suspension and has a black wire bottle holder on the inside of the chasis.

It has rear and central mudguards and a front and rear light rail.

Information would also be welcomed by the police on the 101 number.
