ON June 24, the Bishop of Exeter ordained 19 deacons at Exeter Cathedral and another the day before at the Bishop’s Palace Chapel.

Holy Cross Church is delighted to announce that two of them, Rev Antonia Tregenza and Rev Jeremy Rawlings, will serve their curacies at Holy Cross in Crediton.

Both are well known in Crediton with Antonia being married to Matthew and Jeremy was here last year on an eight-month placement.

Both will minister in Crediton and Upper Creedy Valley Team Ministry.

Jeremy joins as a stipendiary curate, Antonia as a self-supporting curate.

A church spokesperson said: “It will be a privilege to support them through the next stage in their life of ministry and service. A warm welcome to Jeremy and Antonia from us all!”
