10am to 4pm - Classic Car Show, North Tawton Rugby Club, cars, vintage tractors, classic sports cars, barbecue, dog show, car boot sale, bouncy castle.
10.30am - The Bookery welcomes children’s ward‑winning children’s author Christopher Edge for a thrilling, interactive event inspired by his electrifying new novel, How to Steal the Future.
11am to 4pm - and July 5, Floral festival of Hymns, St Andrew’s Church, Sampford Courtenay, suggested donation £5, children free, bug hunt for children, to raise money for the Church and Flower Club, tea, coffee and cake available.
11am to 5pm - Summer Fayre in aid of CHAT, Ashley Court, Tiverton, local craftspeople, makers and producers offering a wide selection of handmade products, gifts and artisan goods. Relax with cream teas and refreshments, enjoy entertainment throughout the day and stroll through the open gardens, with additional activities including garden tours and a traditional coconut shy. Entry is by donation.
12 noon - Cheriton Fitzpaine Carnival Sashing Ceremony, Cheriton Fitzpaine Parish Hall, announcing the 2026 King or Queen, Carnival through the years slideshow, refreshments, raffle prizes.
2pm to 4pm - Strawberry Fair, Sandford School Field, stalls, strawberry cream teas, ice creams, bar, raffle, music tent, free entry, all welcome.

7.30pm - The St David’s Singers concert in Crediton Parish Church, tickets £12 with proceeds going to the Music Endowment Fund. Wine and soft drinks will be available to purchase afterwards.

11am to 4pm - Crediton Food Festival, Newcombes Meadow Park, free admission, celebrating the very best of Devon’s food and drink, 25 of Devon’s finest food and drink producers and traders, plus street food vendors, independent retailers and community organisations. Meet local makers, demonstration tent with live cookery demonstrations, family fun, family friendly creative sessions, imaginative storytelling and interactive performances, circus performers. Music from Crediton Town Band, Crediton Strummers, folk artists. Visitors are encouraged to explore Crediton’s independent shops, cafes and high street.
