LOCAL charity Upstream, who have been working with older people for 12 years to help improve well-being and quality of life, will be hosting a Community Day at the Boniface Centre in Crediton on Wednesday October 7, from 11am-3pm.
There will be a variety of art and craft activities to enjoy including printmaking, needle-felting and board games, as well as seated exercise. Visitors will also have the opportunity to be pampered with a shoulder or hand massage.
Upstream will be providing a delicious healthy lunch and live music.
A similar event last year was enjoyed by all.
If you would like to go along to catch up with old friends and make new ones, contact Upstream on 01363 778366, or just turn up on the day.
Tickets cost £3, which includes lunch and all activities.
Upstream look forward to seeing you there.
