ON Sunday, June 12, members of 1st Crediton Scout Group gathered together for their AGM and Awards presentation at their scout hut.

This was followed by a Royal Barbecue/Picnic in the garden to celebrate the 90th Birthday of their patron the Queen.

The afternoon was very well attended and the sun shone throughout.

After the formalities of the AGM, the group celebrated the achievements of some of the Beavers, Cubs and Scouts.

Dave Burland Cub Leader was also awarded with his "Wood Beads" in recognition of completing his leader training.

Debbie Richards, group scout leader, thanked everyone for their help and support within the group particularly those members who were standing down from their volunteering role. She also welcomed new members to the team.
