COMPLAINTS from neighbours near Newton St Cyres Primary School have prompted the school to issue the following reminder to parents and guardians, “Please park considerably”.

Newton St Cyres Parish Council and local PCSO Lisa Crocker have both raised the issue with the school.

Motorists collecting or delivering children to the school are reminded that it is illegal to park in the bus stops and it also impacts on the vision of the crossing patrol man and other road users.

Motorists are also reminded to park legally and not to block the road or neighbours’ gateways.

Police have said that if the problem continues they will be issuing penalty notices.
