AN appeal for information has been issued after a wall was badly damaged by a vehicle near the Exhibition Road/Blagdon roundabout in Crediton during the early hours of Saturday, December 20.

Claire Powlesland took to social media and said: “Someone left us an early Christmas present overnight!

“We have narrowed the incident to between approximately 12.30am and 1.30am and the VW emblem ended up on the slide in our garden.

“Please contact myself or Dave Powlesland if you hear anything or if would prefer to report anonymously - Police ref DCP-20251220-0236/

“Police are trying to contact anyone that may have CCTV or doorbell footage between McDonalds and then heading out towards Tiverton if anyone can help. Thank you!”
