THE League of Friends of Redlands Surgery are delighted to have been presented with a silver trophy to replace the earlier one which appears to have vanished.

This trophy has been donated through the generosity of the Crediton District Skittles League.

It is hoped that the trophy will be the focal point of future matches, which will be played for by local teams, any profit generated from these events will go into the funds of the League for the benefit of the patients.

It may be on show at the forthcoming open day on Saturday.

The League of Friends started in 1993, when a small group of patients united with the objective of supplementing the services provided to the patients of the surgery.
