While the sheep, cattle and goat classes could not go ahead due to the bluetongue outbreak, there were pig and equine classes along with poultry.
The Show had filled some of the areas where the livestock should have been, The Devon Axe team in the Cattle Ring and M and M Plant providing digger and quad bike displays in the Sheep Ring.

More main ring entertainment was provided but the crowds favourites were Ben Atkinson Action Horses, Dangerous Steve and his motorbike antics, family fun with Rob Pudner of Entertainingly Different and many of the horse classes.
There were gun dog displays, falconry, ferret racing, gymnastics, a magician, a vintage parade, parade of hounds, Okehampton Excelsior Silver Band, driving classes and more.

The Food Hall was busy all day and the Open Classes saw a very large number of entries in a range of classes.
There were trade stands aplenty and the music stage was busy throughout.

The beekeeping tent, YFC tent, crafts, vintage displays, rural skills, blacksmith tent and others were great to visit.
Show President was Stuart Luxton, who runs a beef and sheep farm on the outskirts of Okehampton which also has a busy farm shop, Farmer Luxton, said it was an honour to be president.

He followed his father who was president in 1994 and before him his great uncle Kenneth Watts.
He thanked everyone who worked hard to make Okehampton Show a success this year.

The Show has the added bonus of taking place in the foothills of the northern edge of the beautiful Dartmoor National Park, affording lovely views for all who go along.
