THE Crediton Heart Project’s fifth popular Summer Arts Festival, in association with Crediton Arts Centre, ran from August 8 to 15.

It included some fabulous family-friendly activities and entertainment including creative workshops, film, theatre and dance events, offering something for all ages.

There was an outdoor screening of the film Wonka in Newcombes Meadow and a performance at Arts Centre in Movement Anthology by Luca Vaccari and friends.

There was a ceilidh and the return of Arts in the Park - a fantastic day of free activities in Newcombes Meadow.

It proved another success with so many volunteers helping to ensure it was.

Crediton Town Council, the National Lottery and Devon County Council also helped to make the festival possible.
