RECENTLY, my husband and I (just plain Mr and Mrs) were both "struck down" with a deep chest infection. After struggling to cope, a call to our Bow surgery brought our doctor to see us. Through what for both of us had become a nightmare world...we were suddenly being nurtured by the Rapid Response and Crediton Community Rehabilitation teams, in our own home and, most of all, still together. Things are slowly getting back to normal, and during these weeks we have been watched over by neighbours and friends who have taken care of the shopping, collected prescriptions, sent cards and flowers. Thank you to ALL these good people does not seem enough...but here it is loud and clear THANK YOU. Pat and Norman Burr Coldridge.
