WITH three local banks in Crediton closing, leaving their customers having to seek alternative banking facilities or travelling to Exeter, Lloyd’s Bank in Crediton High Street is demonstrating its strength and commitment to the local community by installing a "state-of-the-art" Immediate Deposit machine inside the branch.
With the footfall at the branch increasing dramatically during the past 18 months, Lloyd’s is investing in the future of the Crediton branch.
Not only will the Immediate Deposit machine assist customer’s with banking, but the staff in the branch have more than 200 years of experience between them!
Led by branch managers Lisa Dumbleton and Sue Matten, the staff offer a full counter service and appointments are available with a Personal Banking Advisor every day, including Saturday mornings.
A spokesperson said: "Lloyd’s Bank believes in the future of Crediton."
On the evening of the Christmas Lights Switch-On celebration and parade on Friday, November 27, the branch will be opening its doors to welcome both established and potential new customers.
Everyone is invited to join the team who will be delighted to discuss local banking with you.
