CREDITON Congregational Church is set to host an “Alpha” course on the basics of Christianity.

The free seven-week program will start on Thursday, October 1 at 7.30pm.

“Alpha takes place across seven Thursday evenings and one away-day (usually a Saturday around week six),” said a spokesperson.

“Each session runs for 90 minutes – we meet, watch a short film together, and discuss it. That's it.

“No question is out of bounds and you are free to discuss as much or as little as you wish.

“At any point, if you think Alpha isn't for you, that's not a problem. There's no pressure and no unwanted follow up.”
