RESIDENTS at Hillbrow Residential Care Home, in Crediton, were entertained by John Gooding and his band of singers for a Harvest service, with readings, music and singing.

Margery Wolley gave a talk on Harvest and what it can mean, Shirley Hutchings played the electronic organ and resident Les Powell wrote a Harvest poem, which was read by Norma Kingdom.

Owner Barry Shears said that the residents always enjoy the Harvest service and thanked John Gooding and his team from the Congregational Church for coming along.
