A FURTHER incident of fly-tipping was found at Fordton Cross, Crediton, on Wednesday, August 19.

A local man told the “Courier”: “For the past year, and more, I have witnessed building waste from renovations dumped there.

“Last time there was a broken up concrete pad, breeze blocks, and privet hedge cuttings.

“Sometimes waste is dumped at the top of the cutting on the way to the A377.

“Perhaps you could ask your readers to report any knowledge of similar events, or suspicious vans at the cross, late evening or early morning?

“The Mid Devon Council has been very good at collecting this rubbish, when reported.”
