THE Lapford Revel Fayre drew crowds of people to the Church Green in the village on Saturday, July 12.

The free event was officially opened by Revel King and Queen Eddy and Hannah, followed by a children’s dance display.

There was a variety of stalls, a heritage exhibition, bouncy castles and more. Later, there was a raffle draw and a tug of war, and in the evening live music.

The fayre came as part of the annual Lapford Revel celebration, which this year focused on the village’s industrial heritage.
