THE Friends of Sandford School is organising a Donkey Derby event at Sandford School on Saturday, September 23 from 1.30pm, providing fun for all the family.

It will include Donkey Racing with betting on six races with six runners in each race, races starting at 2pm.

Children will also be able to have Donkey Rides.

There will be a barbecue, ice cream van, refreshments and a can/Pimm’s bar and various stalls to peruse.

All are invited to attend, so go along to Sandford School field and support this school and community event.
