A LARGE audience have already pre-booked a seat for Friday, February 2nd's free harp recital with Elizabeth-Jane Baldry at Crediton Library.

The concert begins at 7pm and, at the time of writing, there are just a few seats left. If you would like to go, please contact the library in advance as there may not be seats available on the night.

A very different event will be taking place for the next Warm Winter session on Friday, February 9, between 7pm and 9pm.

Plymouth-based charity Character Creation Roleplay will be spending some time in the library to run a variety of games suitable for all ages and abilities. 

Character Creation specialise in using games as therapy for adults and children and so are equally happy playing games with people who have never tried board games outside of Monopoly or Scrabble, through to seasoned professionals.

The event on Friday, February 9 will be very relaxed and informal and is aimed at having fun.

There will be drinks and snacks available and a few different games to choose from. It is a great opportunity to bring the whole family at the end of the week to relax in a warm space.
