ON Tuesday, May 6, at about 7pm at Courtis Gardens, Crediton, our car was parked outside on a disabled bay when a man in a white van with a ladder on top smashed into the back of our car and drove off.

Our neighbour saw what happened but didn’t get the registration number.
Now it looks like we will lose our no claims bonus.
My husband has not been well so you can imagine how distressing this has been.
