10am to 12 noon - Lions Club of Crediton and District Diabetes Awareness event, Crediton Methodist Church, drop-in for a check up, all welcome.

11am - Kev F Sutherland, legendary comic book writer and caricature artist will be signing copies of his latest book, Richard The Third and drawing lightning fast caricatures. Free event, no booking required.

7.30pm - A Charity Cushion Concert, St Andrew’s Church, Sampford Courtenay, by the augmented church choir with director Roger Cleverdon and The Two Rivers Orchestra, conductor Richard Edwards, proceeds for Force Cancer Charity and Children’s Hospice SW, £15, students in full-time education £7.50, bring a cushion to sit on the wooden church chairs.
