IF you have any time spare this weekend, do go along to St Mary’s Church at Morchard Bishop to view the two day Flower Festival which has a Fairy Tales theme.

Many hours of painstaking work has been put into creating some spectacular displays with flowers which will be admired by those of all ages.

The parish church will be open from 10am to 5pm on both days, Saturday, June 21 and Sunday, June 22.

Admission is £1 for adults and children go free.

The event is being held in aid of St Mary’s Church.

Refreshments will be available in the Memorial Hall from 10.30am to 4pm each day, including bacon baps, cakes and tea and coffee.

The weekend will finish with a Family Service celebration at 5pm on Sunday, June 22.
