A CREDITON man who drove while unfit through drugs has been banned for 15 months.
James Richard, of Willow Walk, Crediton, admitted he drove a Yamaha R1 in Teignmouth Road, Kingsteignton, while unfit through drugs.
As well as the ban, he was fined £80 and ordered to pay £85 Crown Prosecution costs and £34 to fund victim services.
Richard was also fined £100 for possessing 1.98 grammes of cannabis.
South and West Devon Magistrates ordered the cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed by the police.
