POLICING teams in the Crediton area have been patrolling locally and would like to remind EVERYONE to adhere to the rules set out by the Prime Minister on Monday, March 23 and in further updates.

The Crediton Policing Team said on March 24: “DO NOT LEAVE HOME apart from:

• To shop for essentials only, such as food or medicines, but to utilise home delivery wherever possible

• To exercise once daily, either on your own or only with members of their household (Not in Play Parks)

• To seek medical care

• For essential travel to/from work if unable to work from home.

Remember to KEEP a Two Metre distance from others.

“Today officers have spoken to a few people who have NOT fallen into any of the above categories.

“It is for the safety of EVERYONE that you adhere to the rules set by the Prime Minster.
