TABLES with home-made cakes plus hand-made crafts were among the full sales tables when Crediton Friends of Hospiscare raised £306.80 at a coffee morning on Saturday, February 18, at the Methodist Church Hall, Crediton. This included some donations.

The Friends will be looking for more cakes to be given for sale when they hold their Easter Fair on April 8 which will include other craft stalls.

Everything the Crediton Friends do goes to support the local nurse who is stationed at Crediton Hospital.

Over the past year they have raised nearly £19,000. Always looking for helpers, the Friends are especially looking for someone to act as a co-ordinator.
