A COMMUNITY Day held at Active Crediton, Lords Meadow, Crediton, was such a success that plans are being made to hold it again next year.

Residents of Mid Devon and from Crediton were invited to the event, which was organised by Active Mid Devon Crediton in partnership with Involve Mid Devon.

It was a day of accessible, affordable and engaging activities designed to promote health, wellbeing and community connection under the banner: “Your Community – Your Health.”

There were a range of activities, swimming, fitness, pickleball plus free health checks and advice, many stalls offering advice, information and support.

There was an opportunity to learn basic CPR skills and residents could connect with local groups, learn about services and discover ways to get involved in the community.
