THERE was a full weekend of events for this year’s Lapford Revel.
It began on July 10 with a parade to the Church Green before the crowning of Reece Rimington (11) as Revel King and Izzy Kovacic (11) as Revel Queen, followed by displays by Otter Morris and a disco.

The Revel had a Wild theme, celebrating and raising awareness about nature, tradition and community fun.

The Revel Fair included stalls, bouncy castles and entertainment all afternoon including bands and performers, falconry talks, refreshments and much more.
There was also bellringing, skittles and a Revel Service, the traditional end to the Revel celebrating Nature in Lapford.
