THIS year’s Christmas Play at Early Birds Nursery in Crediton We went to a Fancy Dress Party was performed in front of the children’s families and friends.

The children dressed as penguins, pirates, Paw Patrol dogs, princesses and of a course a handsome prince, as well as Santa, elves and Christmas stars.

The children were brilliant, singing and dancing and did their very best despite the usual winter bugs keeping some of the children away.

The play was about a mystery guest who arrives a bit disheveled, in a costume for the party. He enjoys all the fun and festivities but then disappears taking all the mince-pies with him just before midnight.

Staff at Early Birds Nursery wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
